I have three different workouts that I perform each week. Last week I missed my last workout. After hosting one birthday party and helping with another I just didn't have it in me to workout. So, I started this week with my Day 3 workout. I have to say this is by far my FAVORITE training day! I love feeling like superwoman because I can lift heavier with these exercises.
Deadlift:
2 sets of 85 lbs x 5 reps
2 sets of 65 lbs x 10 reps
2 sets of 65 lbs x 5 reps
2 sets of 45 lbs x 10 reps
Bent-over Barbell Row: (palms-up)
2 sets of 65 lbs x 5 reps
2 sets of 45 lbs x 10 reps
