I'm a powerhouse tonight! At least it feels like it. Here is Thursday's Lifting Log:
Barbell Squat:
2 sets of 75 lbs x 5 reps
2 sets of 65 lbs x 10 reps
Standing Overhead Press:
2 sets of 65 lbs x 5 reps
2 sets of 55 lbs x 10 reps
Pull-up: (modified)
2 sets of 5 reps
2 sets of 10 reps
I feel great. I love lifting heavier weights it makes me feel like such a strong confident woman! Have a great night!
